About Our Smokers…

All of our smokers are made from 3/16″ thick steel, and 1/4″ wall steel pipe.  All edges are cut with a plasma cutter, ground and welded.  All seams hold water and look professional.  Our latches, drafts, handles, hinges and hardware are hand-made and they are similar on all the smokers.  All bolts are 3/8″, with a sheer strength of 3000lb, and have been threaded into the steel, adjusted, and tack welded, assuring strength and stability.  

All parts are made in large quantities and the finished smokers are assembled four to ten at a time.  This process saves me time and you money.

All smokers are painted with Vansicicle Tractor Enamel.  This is not a high-temperature paint, but all-in-all the enamel does well, except on the fire box.  I have tried high-temp paint, but it doesn’t stay on much longer, and the price difference is astonishing.
